DJLeo's radioshows (more than 10 hours a week) are the only regular alternative/indie-radioshows here on Swiss radio, which keep the spirit of John Peel alive and give new talents a voice.
We've always got bands playing live in session in the studio: gallery with some bands
Shows are broadcast on different Swiss alternative radiostations and have been going for 20 years now.
Show presenter/DJ Leo Niessner is often been called «The John Peel of Switzerland» (Rockstar-Magazin, Mitteland Zeitung)
Most of our shows are now broadcasted on the internet, where we greet people from all around the world
We working together with Swiss distributors as well as with labels all over the world. As you know not everything is released over here.

- DJ Leo has been producing and hosting a lot of alternative/gothic- and 60ies/rockabilly/blues-radioshows for different Swiss Radiostations since 1989.
- The Indie-Team is the musicpress-agency of DJ Leo. It counts several freelancers who are reviewing CDs or concerts or host some shows.
- DJ Leo is as well singer/guitarplayer of Swiss band Spencer (www.spencer.ch)
- All shows are produced in the spirit of Leo's big hero: John Peel. We've always got bands playing live in the studio.
- Furthermore all shows feature new and upcoming talents and CDs and a lot of direct-imports from all around the world.
- In the same time we focus on what's going on in the music scene and keep an eye on the big acts as well.
- Due to big demand we present an increasing number of new DVDs.

- programming the music a lot of other radioshows, f.ex. the "Live"-magazine for radio Kanal K: Each Saturday there's a lot of specials, liveconcerts and livebroadcasts from venues around our aerea.
- programming big and long special-nights for the radiostations.
- editing endless-newsmixes for rotation on both stations.
- DJ Leo is as well writing for some of the biggest Swiss newspapers.
- organization of some indie-parties from time to time.
- always contacting other radostations to exchange some radioshows.
